Yes, we will host one info session where applicants will hear more about the application process and can ask questions. We advise interested applicants to join the live sessions, as we cannot guarantee access to recordings after the session.
Does completion of the foundation Bible Study (FBS) class guarantee that I will be selected for the NUAF Scholarship?

Application closes within three weeks of application commencement.
What do I need to apply for the NUAF Scholarship?
Students will complete an online application form and answer two essay questions. Students will also submit department-signed results for the first and second semesters of the previous academic year, and FBS certificate of completion.
What if I am unable to procure my transcripts before the application deadline? Does that disqualify my application?
We advise students who are interested in applying for the NUAS to submit a request for their transcript early, as response time across departments may vary.
In special circumstances where students may need an extension to send an original and signed copy of their transcript, the committee can provide a request for expedited processing by issuing a letter that can be submitted to the department or faculty.
Due to the delay in result processing, result submission is not required when submitting the online application. Another date will be given in the second semester for students to submit their results. Any submission without a transcript after the grace period will be automatically disqualified.
Can I submit multiple applications?
Students can only submit one application per application cycle. Submission of more than one application will result in automatic disqualification.

Previous recipients are eligible to reapply for the award during their college study period. Note that each application cycle and award only covers one academic session.
How can applicants learn more about the status of their application?
All applicants will be notified of the status of their application upon completion of the internal review processes.
Can I contact members of the Alumni Scholarship team after my application has been submitted?
No. You can only contact the team through its official email (info@nifesunnalumni.org) or the request box on the website. Any request submitted through any channel other than those mentioned above will be disregarded.
